Cinder & Auntie Leslie
“Hello, my name is Cinder. My mom thinks I’m perfect, but I wasn’t always this cute. It all started when I was just a few days old. My birth mom couldn't care for me, so I found a new family. That’s when I met Auntie Leslie, a wonderful vet tech. She was so gentle and loving, even when she had to do that weird thing up my bum. But she always held me close afterward, and I forgave her. As I grew, my mom noticed I couldn’t hear very well. I figured out how to manage, though. Then, one day, I had a terrible accident. I was playing and accidentally scared a dog. Before I knew it, I was flying through the air and landed right in the dog’s mouth! Luckily, my mom was quick and scooped me up. I looked okay except for a little blood coming from my mouth. My mom was worried, so she took me to see Auntie Leslie again. This time, no shots! Just lots of love and an x-ray. My jaw was broken! Auntie Leslie and the team at Community Veterinary Center were amazing. They took such good care of me. With lots of soft food and tender loving care, my jaw healed. I’m so grateful for everyone at the vet clinic. They’re the best! If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about your pets, go see them and tell them Cinder sent you.”

Luna
“I'm Luna, a Pitbull with a secret. Don't judge me by my breed; I'm a rescue, after all. My human, or "Mom" as I call her, adopted me from a shelter. We're a chaotic pack – me, a "senior" Pitbull, a younger brother, and an even younger sister. I’m the calm in their storm, watching over them with a watchful eye as they zoom around like tiny tornadoes.
Age has its perks, but also its challenges. I can still hold my own, but I choose to be the wise old dog most of the time. That was, until I decided to prove everyone wrong. On a hot summer day, we went to the river. As usual, the pups were raring to go. I let them think they were faster, saving my energy for the perfect moment. Then, disaster struck. I tore a ligament in my knee.
My mom took me to the Community Veterinary Center. The staff was amazing, not just with me, but with my worried mom too. They explained everything clearly and made a plan. Even though I might need surgery, I’m adjusting to my new normal.
Community Veterinary Center isn’t just about vet care; it's about compassion and understanding. If you want the best for your pet, and yourself, choose them.”

Millie & Dad
“My name is Millie, and I am an easy-going 4-year-old Pitbull Mix. I met my dad about 2 years ago. My life hasn't always been filled with cuddles, treats, long walks, and playtime. My early days were not so glamorous. You see, I came from a puppy farm where I was one of the star attractions. A life my dad promises I will never have to go back to again. Now, my days are filled with playing in the water during the day and relaxing by the fire at night. Whenever I needed some motivation or just a good girl, my dad gave me my favorite treat – brussels sprouts. Life was wonderful until I started feeling unwell. When my dad noticed that I was in distress, he quickly scheduled an appointment at the vet. Despite spending hundreds of dollars, the office staff seemed more focused on making sales than on my health. When we left, I could see the worry in my dad's eyes about how we were going to make me better. After learning about the services offered at the Community Veterinary Center, my dad reached out and made an appointment for me. The moment we walked in, my dad felt that we were in good hands. It was days after our first visit that we learned why I was ill. Now that my health has improved, both my dad and I can get back to cuddles, playtime, and walks. So, if you want a place where you feel more like family and less like a number, then the Community Veterinary Center is the place to go.”
